BTS dapat digunakan untuk mengcover jaringan yang mengalami kepadatan suatu trafik seluler, termasuk juga mempengaruhi panggilan seluler. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan terjadinya ketidaknyamanan pelanggan dalam melakukan telepon. Faktor–faktor lain bisa menyebabkan padatnya yaitu hardware bermasalah, coverage tidak efisien dan, Ketidak merataan besar yangterdapat sebuah cell ada pada BTS. Berdasarkan parameter kualitas meliputi CCSR CS terdapat kapasitas dibawah standar KPI. ini akan terputus saat sedang berlangsung. Pedurenan Bekasi memiliki nilai baik 99% selama pengambilan data Namun penurunan di beberapa hari-hari tertentu meningkat. disebabkan adanya gangguan perangkat keras BTS, kasus terjadi Radio Frequency Unavailable VSWR memenuhi treshold telah ditetapkan.
